Oh man, this man was immediately so much help. My family was so happy to have had an interaction with him. I didn’t think I was going to leave with a car but I felt like Joe did such a great job being transparent, honest and respectful. He didn’t need to convince me and I didn’t feel pressured into buying, I just told him what I wanted and he delivered. If I were to recommend anybody it would definitely be my man JOE! Give him a raise for being so amazing!!!! By the way, my wife and I are enjoying our new SANTA FE so much!
