Very hard to work with.
Very hard to work with. This dealership adds a lot of things with very little benefit to the customer at exorbitant cost with no choice to buyer. They do this even on used cars and have 2 of the biggest dealer prep fees I have ever seen.

I had some extensive work done on my Sonata.
I had some extensive work done on my Sonata. My car was there for almost a month. My service rep was Aaron Sanchez. He was knowledgeable, and kept me informed. I feel like his customer service far exceeded 10 out of 10. He made what could of been a very difficult and stressful situation totally tolerable. I only want him as my service rep as I continue to bring my car for service.
