I took my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire
I took my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation. They claim they did a tire rotation, but I know for a fact they did not. A week after I purchased the vehicle brand new I got a huge bolt in the tire, so I had to get it plugged. I took it to my normal tire place that I go to that?s local and they marked the tire where they plugged it at. Whenever I got my car back from Hyundai, they said that they gave it an oil change and a tire rotation, but the tire that was marked was in the exact same spot. I went back to the service advisor, and I told her that the tires were not rotated because the tire that?s plugged and marked is on the same exact spot. She went and asked service and they said yes they did it and came back out and said they could do it again but I would be charged. I told them I know for a fact that?s the same tire that was patched because it?s marked and it?s in the same spot. I was like whatever, and went to leave, as I was sitting in the parking lot, the service advisor came back out and said that her manager was wondering what was going on, and she said the manager said he watched them rotate the tires. So now we have a manager and service tech lying about rotating the tires. I had to go back to my local tire place and pay to have my tires rotated correctly.
