Very friendly dealership. Had oil change got me in right on time. Waiting area was very comfortable. Staff was great!

The waiting room ........ Dirty. Floors, chairs, tables , counters, walls, light switches. Smelled disgusting. All the coolers empty the drinks the ice cream the water dispenser. 1 cooler had small bottles of water. Coffee maker was gross. (Rusty drewing Toyota has icees, soda fountain, water popcorn Skittles, play areas for kids multiple TVs, charging stations - clean waiting area that smells fresh) Was told 30 to 40 minutes same day fix. Arrived waited about an hour. Was told parts must be ordered and should be in Monday I would receive a call. Monday came and went no call. Called Hyundai on Tuesday and asked if part had come in and was told yes. Asked if I could come in later this afternoon / early evening (to my surprise was told yes 2 star here bc same day service) made an app for 4 later that day. Arrived waited at the garage doors to be let in. Get inside after waiting some time. Walk up to the counter with 3 service reps am not greeted and stand waiting finally maybe 10 minutes later am helped and checked in. Repairs were completed under warranty free of charge. However took again over an hour after being told 30 to 40 minutes to complete the job.

Friendly staff, a nice waiting room, and they keep my car running great! It’s also super easy to make an appointment.
