Bought a brand new 2025 Sante Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from

Bought a brand new 2025 Sante Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Glassman Hyundai in Southfield, MI… day 1 we’ve had issues with road force balance. The car wobbles and shakes on highways. Very unsafe. Glassman does not care! Turns out at least 4 other Sante Fe Hybrids from THIS dealership have the same issue. Quick google search revealed a ton of buyers have the issue all over the US. The dealership REFUSED to fix the issue even though all maintenance is supposed to be included. Corporate says it’s up up the dealer. Meanwhile we are two months in with a DEFECTIVE car that Hyundai won’t fix and is UNSAFE to drive. This will be our first and LAST Hyundai. Stuck in a 3 year contract with a DEFECTIVE car. Every time we’ve been in the maintenance area it is screaming with unprofessionalism, vulgar language, and down right lack of respect for customers. Do NOT buy from this dealership. They do NOT care about you or your SAFETY.

I am very unsatisfied with my service at Glassman

I am very unsatisfied with my service at Glassman Hyundai. The sales man was Jeff who was rude and used guilt tripping tactics to persuade me to buy the car like the fact that he hasn’t sold enough cars for the month to date. He was very pushy about signing documents pertaining to no warranty on the car. Don’t ever sign those documents. When I got a second opinion from my mechanic he said that all cars have a factory warranty on it. Jeff will try to tell you that there’s nothing they can do about the car if there’s problems but that is false. He also completely lied and said my back door lock was on child lock but in reality, the whole lock doesn’t work. Jeff will also try to tell you that prices will rise because of the tariffs going on with Canada, lol, don’t let this be the leading factor of you buying a car. All in all by all means do not allow Jeff at Glassman Automotive to sell you a car because he doesn’t have your best interest, he just wants to get paid. Granted, it’s his job, but deceiving customers and lying about the features that work and don’t work ok the vehicle is totally unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint, thank you.
