Feldman Hyundai of New Hudson

I was in and leased a 2026 Hyundai Kona on Nov 20 2025 my sales person was Randy Lewis, I had a great experience! He was very friendly and answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything about how the vehicle operated! He was very personable and genuine!

Feldman Genesis ay overcharges for everything. After I was quoted a ridiculous $400 for a new battery,the actual bill was $480 for the same Interstate battery Costco sells for $125! I also needed a new key fob for which they wanted an exorbitant price of ready.... $900! I bought a brand new one online for $89 but Ripoff Feldman gouge me for$200 to program and when they had me over a barrel, all of a sudden told me the internal battery was bad on this new fob and I had to pay $41 😑 for a new one or they couldn't complete the programming. I couldn't get the supposedly bad one back either. RIPOFF AGAIN.

We recently became owners of a 2025 Genesis GV70. Live the car, not so much other aspects. 1. We were told that if we ever needed service that required Feldman to keep our car, a Genesis loaner would be provided. We are attempting to get service for some minor collision work and was told we would be provided a Chevy Equinox. Very disappointing. When we bought the car, we discovered that our home address could not be loaded into the Genesis navigation directory. Feldman Genesis said it was a Google issue. Google told me it was not. Mean while I was told by Feldman Genesis to just load a nearby location. Nobody at Feldman offered a solution. May seem like a petty issue, but guessing it is not a petty issue to me.
