Doug Woods is extremely rude and dishonest. I received VIP oil changes for the life of my vehicle with purchase. I was questioned by Doug Woods about my VIP status. He said I had been paying $60.00 for an oil change and I told him I was not. He then asked me if I had proof of how much I had paid. I said that if he looked the Vin# as they did in the past the history should show how much I paid. He said he did and you paid $60. I then went to my car and pulled out the last oil change receipt that said I paid $32. He had lied to me. Then I was rudely asked do you want an oil change or not. I said yes at $32. I have had my vehicle for 12 years and have never had a problem until now. Service at Betten Hyundai is very rude and dishonest. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from them again.

Shopping for my daughter’s first new car and Brian “Brew” did an amazing job! He did a great job at answering our many questions. And he provided great customer service!

We were shopping for a new SUV and met Robb Gergen who graciously went out of his way to satisfy us by showing available vehicles, going in a test drive and answering all questions. We had not made up our mind on what brand and needed more time. After letting him know we were also interested in a Honda and Toyota and would know our dr idiom in a few days. He let us know that he would be on vacation and would coordinate with the Honda dealer if we chose that vehicle. Well we did and when we went into Honda he had meticulously coordinated all paperwork and provided us with contacts that would help us out. Everything was seamless and first rate experience.
