I worked with Paul Pukay to purchase my new 2025 Santa Fe. Paul could not have been more helpful, patient, considerate and eventually, supportive of my choices. He worked with me and tirelessly found out answers I needed in order to feel comfortable about buying my car. It was a completely comfy and pleasant interaction, and I love my new Santa Fe! Salesperson was great.
Salesperson was great. We negotiated a price before I made the hour drive to look at the vehicle. Test drove, inspected, was very happy. When it came to purchase the vehicle, suddenly the price changed, and they were no longer willing to meet our pre-negotiated price. Sent messages to the dealership, and to the lafontaine customer service, still no response.

Do not take your vehicle for service here! They did not put my lower engine cover back on properly when I was getting an oil change. The cover ended up getting dragged under my car while I was driving. Now I need a new lower engine cover, which will cost me over $300. They won’t admit that it’s their fault, but another Hyundai dealership confirmed that it was not put back in properly and I have never gotten my vehicle serviced by anyone else…. Communication at Lafontaine is HORRIBLE. Getting a call back from them is near impossible.
