No ethics - Started with calls to our mom - we advised she had dementia and to stop calling. They then started contacting our dad with Alzheimer's, completed an application for him and had him sign.

I recently bought a used car on a Friday from this
I recently bought a used car on a Friday from this dealership. When I got there, they could not open the car due to a bad battery in the car and the key fob keys were not even cut. However, they did put in a new battery and did get the keys cut after asking them to do so. The salesman did say you can get the keys cut at a Ford dealership (NOT). On Saturday, my wife and I went for a drive, she noticed the heated and cooled seat wasn't working, as she is always cold. I called on Monday to see if they would possibly help diagnose this issue. The response I got was " I talked to my manager Nick and unfortunately since it doesn't have anything to do with the powertrain, it isn't something we would take a look at". I did not ask them to pay for the issue, simply help diagnose the issue. Basically, screw you customer even though you just spent 16K. I also mentioned that I took the car to get a tire rotation and balance, the tire tech told me that the rear rim was bent and cannot be balanced. I also mentioned this to the salesman Alex. I told Alex that I would take care of this bent rim issue myself, I just wanted them to look at my seat. This does not sit well with me; I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, and I will not contact them for any future purchases or service needs.
