Buyers beware if purchasing a used car from Randy Wise Hyundai; these words the professed: “Each of our used vehicles has undergone a rigorous inspection to ensure the highest quality used cars, trucks, and SUVs in Michigan. Stop by Randy Wise Automotive Team or search our online inventory to find the used car, truck, or SUV that is right for you. We have used cars, trucks, and SUVs for every need and budget” If this statement had any truth or value, the use truck they sold me two months after the purchase date ended up in the repair shop with needed repairs totaling $8,467.50 almost as much as the purchase price which was $9,333.00. Wynn’s the extended warranty contract they sold me refuses to pay for covered repairs stated in the contract. I reach out to Randy Wise Dealership was not able to speak to management only to the receptionist who was the messenger between me and management. I was told I could bring back the truck but they would total it out I would then have a repossession with the bank but they could get me into another loan with a down payment and higher interest rate. I ask them if they were ok selling a vehicle in that condition; I was told there was nothing else they could do for me. I was speechless, their actions speak loader than words they do not care about their customers or the condition the vehicle is in when they sell it. I would never recommend this dealership to any one! Kimberly

We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it...
We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.

HAD A BRAKE PROBLEM ON LINCOLN .HAVE HAD ISSUES IN PAST WITH SERVICE MANAGEMENT. BUT NEW SERVICE MANAGER JENNIFER WHARRAM IS DOING THE JOB RIGHT AS HER SUPERIORS WOULD WANT HER TO DO.AND FULLY RECEPTIVE TO OUR NEEDS..SHE PUT US IN A NEW LINCOLN LIKE OURS AND ORDERED PARTS. JENNIFER WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO ACCOMADATE.AS SHE HELPED US LATER ON A FOLLOW UP DURING THE CORONA LIMITED SERVICE TIME...
