received a preferred vip card with discounts in january I called to get price on new tucson trading in my trax talked to salesman jeff he was to call me with price never did I called two more times left message got no responce so much for customer service P.S I've purchased five cars from randy wise dealerships

"Randy Wise Hyundai" Worst Dealer Service Anywhere

I would not recommend taking your car for service at this dealer. I had a 2017 Tucson that started leaking oil and running rough. The first issue was the dealer attempted to charge my wife for replacing gaskets even though the vehicle was still under the 100000 drivetrain warranty. On the next visit they tried to charge me over $4000 for a new turbo and many other related parts and labor. Again while still under the drive train warranty. We had the car in over 5 times for the same issue. Some times returning the car with in hours after picking it up. Both Hyundai Corp and the Dealer claimed the other one was directing the work needed. I suggested both were just kicking the can until the car was out of warranty. The last visit had the dealer stating that they would cover parts and labor for 12 months and 12k miles which would extend after the drivetrain warranty had expired. During these visits I asked/suggested that the motor needed replacing. I was told by both Hyundai and the dealer that this was not the case. Now, less that 4k miles after the drivetrain warranty, and my last work done at this dealer, they are telling me the engine needs to be replaced. They are also claiming it is not related to the previous work. Please note that the problems started with massive amounts of oil getting into the turbo, intercooler and generally leaking in various other places. We still have an oil consumption issue that has not been resolved. When brought this up to the Service manager he was of no help. I then brought up Michigan's Lemon law and the possible need to get a lawyer. He then got very defensive and told me to come get my car as they could no longer work on the vehicle.

I was welcomed as if I was an honored guest in their home. Don’t laugh, this for a used car to have service. Amy was right on point keeping me informed on the jobs being done. The crew was right there to take me home & delivering my car to my doorstep at the end of the day. They also had all the paperwork & explained what was done. I will remember this. I will tell all my friends. I will be back for service & maybe in the future a new car.
