recently went into Pride Hyundai to check out a low milage 2004 Tuxcon SEL My sales person Maggi was nice, and took a test drive, I made an offer, and agreed on price. We started the paperwork and I moved on to finance. In Finance I sat with a nice young kid, but he insisted I do my financing through PRIDE. I told him I wanted to check/compare to my sav+loans rates on Monday. He then called in NATALIE SIMONEAU "General Sales Manager" Her words with me were nasty, unprofessional, and disrespectful!!. She INSISTED I FINANCE THROUGH PRIDE, because thats "HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY $$" When I refused, she rudely told me to leave and stop "wasting her time"...I left. A few weeks later I bought a new 2025 Tuxcon Limited at another dealership. PRIDE FINANCE RATES ARE HIGH and Natalie Simoneau was rude. Stay away!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY, money hungry business. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, until my last visit. For reference, I have a 2014 Hyundai Accent, and I had an oil change, spark plugs replaced, cabin and air filter replaced and drive belt replaced (which all took about 2.5 hours). I was charged over $670 in labor ALONE. I spoke to service manager Cody about this issue and he kept saying other auto repair shops charge the same, which is CERTAINLY not true. Cody was passive aggressive on the phone and was not willing to give me the contact information of his boss, very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, they are intent on charging as much possible.

Bought a car had it 6 days check engine came on car over heated and broke down within the first week of ownership the owner is very rude and told us she will not even provide a loaner car that’s curtesy sad part is the car was $30,000 and we didn’t have it for more than six days and it broke down they kept the car for three months and still expected us to make the payment without providing a w loaner very dirty dealership don’t buy here
