Awesome honest not overpriced dealership
YOU MUST BUY FROM HERE!!!!! WE BOUGHT IN MID FEBRUARY 2022 NO PRICE GOUGING THEY WILL SELL AT STICKER PRICE UNLIKE OTHER OVERPRICED SCAM DEALERSHIPS SELLING 5 THOUSAND OR MORE OVER STICKER. IM SURE THEY WILL EVENTUALLY BE SELLING BELLOW STICKER. WE PLACED AN ORDER AND THEY CAME THROUGH WHEN OTHERS DIDN'T THIS IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESSES WITH. WE PURCHASED FROM EVAN FABISH WHO WAS AWESOME!!! WOW A PLEASANT EASY GOING NON TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. FITZGERALD IS A MUST FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE . I CANT DAY ENOUGH. Fitzgerald best I ever had
It was the best experience I have had thus far and I'm on my 15th car purchase. My salesman Farshad from the first phone call had me trusting that he was a man of his word and right until the end he said and did everything he promised. I love that the General Manager texted me when my car was delivered because Farshad was off. This was also the first time I really liked the finance person probably because she was a Women she was the best. I just can't say enough my purple on purple GV70 is everything I thought it would be. Prince would be proud and my Ravens also.

Lost a loyal customer
I've bought at least 4 cars from various Fitzgerald dealerships over the years. This most recent one will be my last. The sale went well enough, but when my tags arrived in the mail and I went to attach them, I found out whoever attached the temporary tag used a power drill and the wrong size screws for the mounting plate. As a result, the metal clip-nuts that catch the screws were completely broken and blown out of the mounting plate, leaving two big holes that rendered the mounting plate useless. Worse, since the clip-nuts could now spin freely they gouged the trunk lid straight down to the bare metal. In fact, the person who attached the temp tag came a hair away from actually screwing the tag into the trunk lid itself. I contacted Fitzgerald to explain the situation, and was quite clear that I did not intend to seek reimbursement for a new mounting plate ($100+) or to rust proof the now bare metal on the trunk lid, but I still never received any kind of response, not even just to apologize for the inconvenience. That's about as "bad business" as bad business can get. No more money from me, and I was until now a fairly loyal customer.
