Worst new car buying experience ever!
Worst new car buying experience ever! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for customer service. All the MVA paperwork was screwed up. Bought the car over a month ago and they still have not made it right. They don't return calls. All the people we delt with no longer work there. This dealership is a mess! If I would have known then what I know now, I would have gone to another dealership! Stay away.

Spoke with Sales Person Iisha over the phone.
Spoke with Sales Person Iisha over the phone. The vehicle that I inquired about was waiting for my son to view and test drive. My Son decided right on the spot to purchase the vehicle. The staff as well as Iisha was friendly and quite courteous they also invited us to have some pizza. The Sales and Financial staff spoke directly to my Son because he was the person spending his money. That really made a difference to him and myself. By the way, my Son's vehicle was Sale-Person Iisha's very first Sale since starting her job on the previous Monday. Congratulation Iisha.

Worst experience at a dealership.
Worst experience at a dealership. I keep reaching out to them, and everyone who answers behaves like they are working for free. They promise to follow up with the information needed regarding a purchase on December 2025, but 3 different people have not. With that type of service, I don't understand how they can stay in business. When you try to speak to a manager, their bot system answers, and you go nowhere. I wish I could return the car and give my business to a decent dealership.
