When I was shopping for a new Subaru Legacy, I had a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships. When I inquired about Legacies with Thomas Cumberland, Nate immediately replied to my inquiry. He was professional, courteous, and responsive. He worked with me to price out a vehicle that I was happy with. Once the vehicle was ordered I had to wait for a few months. Nate would email me periodically to update me on the status. Once I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, Nate was just as polite and knowledgeable as he was through email. He could easily answer all of my questions and made the process seamless. I was very happy with my experience at Thomas. And after my research, not all dealerships are that nice to work with!
