Run Away

Disgusting, unethical, liars. Not even smart enough to be good at it. They are they caricatures of shady car salesmen that you see in bad movies that you don't believe are actually real Make no mistake these crooks will try to steal from you as if they had actually broken into you home. NEVER CONSIDER DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM.

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER

I have been shying away from writing a feedback for this Service Center because it has all been NEGATIVE but this last encounter was the last straw the broke the Carmel's back - I'm done with them. Their customer and technical service is nothing to write home about and one wonders if the employees are paid at all or of the customers are charged for the poor services performed on their cars. PREVIOUS ENCOUNTERS THAT SURVIVED MY ENDURANCE 1. Their Music On Hold (MOH) sings all lies when it comes to Shuttle or Loaners - all fake. One time, they took me home after dropping my car off but refused to come pick me to pick the car. Another time, they promised a Loaner, on getting there, I was forced to wait for close to two hours that I did not plan for 2. Two times my car has left the shop with new issues and when I called to report, they promised relaying my message to the Service Advisor who never called me back. 3. I had two different appointments to take care of different service needs. I called to combine both on one appointment, they promised someone would call me back but no one called me back. THE ONE THAT JUST HAPPENED I took my car in at 11am on Tuesday August 2, 2021 and was told it would not be ready until the following evening. I was following up with my Service Advisor in the afternoon to get Estimated time for completion as I needed the car to go to work that night. The last I heard was they were replacing the Spark Plugs and he was going to get completion time for me. That was the last I heard. I started calling and no one was picking up in Service. The Front Desk was transferring me to them but they were not picking up. It was still a few minutes before 5pm and they close at 6pm. I was so anxious to get through to someone. The Front Desk kept transferring me till it was 6pm and all hope was lost. Next morning, I called and explained the treatment I received since the previous day. The Front Desk person went back there to find out if my car was ready and she told me I could come pick it. I asked for a Shuttle, she asked if it was shuttle that dropped me off and I told her yes. She came back to say I had to find a ride to come in which I did. They did not apply the discount I was promised when I dropped off the car. I complained and they did the correction but not after they took several minutes out of my already late reschedule. I picked up the car and headed to Alexandria, VA where I worked. After driving about 30 miles, I started hearing a horrible noise as if something was touching the tires or cracking on the road. I pulled up, called them and they put me through to the Assistant Manager who explained that my front brakes were bad and because I declined to replace it, that must be the issue. I asked why did I drive a smooth-running car to them for an above $1,000 service and drove out a noisy car. He said he did not know. I told him that was not the first time. I took the car to a nearby shop, they lifted it up and the issue was the technician did not cover back some components he had to remove to perform his checks. I took pictures that I planned to post my my Review if it is allowed. Until I sell off this car, I will find another Service Center. I have earlier registered my name for a new Genesis GV80 but with the poor Service, I am saying bye bye to Hyundai or Genesis Products because getting to this dealership is convenient for me since they are too poor in providing good services, there is no point to buy something I will be compelled to take to them out of proximity. If you are looking for a Hyundai/Genesis Service Center, I will advise you to keep on looking if you are considering this Clarksville/Columbia Center.

Poor Salesmanship/Poor Attitude!

The salesperson's response to questioning Antwerpen's pricing was belligerent. He was unprepared to explain the price quote he provided. Poor communication skills. I went to Antwerpin because online they had the best prices. At the dealership this was not the case. When told the pricing was not competitive the salesman, CJ, became verbally combative, surly, and huffed away taking the price quote he'd provided with him. He was offended that I intend to shop around with other Hyundai dealership. Should I not want the best price for my dollars. I was deeply disappointed with my experience.
