Mike Morgan Hyundai

I'll never again deal with Mike Morgan dealerships. Very friendly and helpful when purchasing the vehicle. After that they just don't care. Failed to register the vehicle for 5 or 6 weeks, until I called to inquire. Then, mailed the registration form without a sticker. Then when I went in to get plates put on the car, they were so confused over what to do it was like I was asking to overhaul the motor! Totally incompetant.

Took my car to get the oil changed and tires rotated. When I picked it up, the tires looked the same so I told them I wasn’t paying to have my tires rotated since they didn’t do it. Two weeks later, I go on vacation and my car is louder than usual. I looked around when I stopped for gas, but didn’t see anything weird. Noise continued until I got where I was going. Go to leave the next day, and the noise is way louder now. I turn around and park. I’m thinking I might need a front alignment but as I walk around the car, the rear tire looks over inflated because it is further out than any other tire. I go touch it and it moved back and forth (not round and round)!! I then realize that there is only one lug nut in the tire. ONE. The other 5 were missing. Called the dealer and they told me it was not their problem, No, you idiots did not tighten the lug nuts. Someone started to rotate the tires and never finished. You gave me a car that could have killed me or anyone near me when that wheel fell off. The dealer it was towed to in Florida says it is clear the lug nuts were not put on correctly and it is a miracle I am alive, Over 2K out of my pocket and days off my vacation but you can bet I won’t have a Hyundai for the first time in over 20 years the minute it gets out of the shop. So, moral of the story… don’t take your car here for service. If you have to, do not trust them to put your car back together correctly.

I purchased 2023 Hyundai venue took in for check up worst service experience ever they rotated tires kept having to go back my tires leaking air . I left it with them four day they supposedly gave me a new tire . I had to take my car to good year situation resolved.
