The service was good and everyone was very friendly.
The service was good and everyone was very friendly. They were willing to negotiate. But I really wanted a car in a certain color and they told me it wasn’t available in that color anymore. That was not true. I found it at multiple locations, although not that close to Louisville. I’m very disappointed that they were not honest.

We understand your frustration with the A/C compressor failing so soon after you bought the car on May 20th. While we inspect every vehicle thoroughly, some parts, like the A/C compressor, can fail unexpectedly, especially on a 7-year-old vehicle with 70,000 miles. At the time of purchase, we offered extended service contracts that would have covered this kind of repair, however this coverage was denied.
