Do not buy a car from this place. Yes they were nice and friendly when we bought the car but the last going on 2 months now they have been horrible, dishonest and crooked. We took our car in about the second week of January because the engine light came on and the exhausted had a sweet smell and was shuttering and sometimes dying unless you gassed it after starting it. The first time they got cylinder 2 misfire and replaced spark plugs and coil pack. Got the car back few days later and the next day the engine light came back on and car was still doing the same stuff. They did not fix the problem.... still doing all the same stuff. The second time (which was only a week or so later) we had to have our car towed to them bc it ended up over heating and on the side of the road with myself and two small children in the vehicle. The car completely shut down... wouldn’t drive more than 5mph. They called and actually told us they had no idea what was going on with it but then ended up replacing the water pump and charged us for it even though it was under the power train warranty come to find out and won’t give us our money back(whole major situation about why they are crooked). They also told my husband after the fact that it was the customers responsibility to know that stuff not theirs. They are the ones who work on cars daily... they know this stuff. Anyway we picked it up on a Monday afternoon and then that very coming Thursday(Valentines Day) not even 3 days later the car over heated again and on the side of the road and had to have it towed once again to them. They knew they messed up but just replaced a sensor on the engine and said it was on them. Got it back the 3rd time and next day engine light was on. Still problem not fixed. We ended up taking it to ford and it has coolant leaking into cylinder number 2. So I believe the first time they had a correct diagnosis... the last 2 times I believe they had no idea what they were doing and charged us for parts that had nothing to do with the problem and will not return our $700 we paid them for a part that was under warranty. Go somewhere else... we have been without a second vehicle now for going on 2 months. Not a happy customer and will not be buying or recommending these people to anyone I know and will tell everyone about this experience we have had.

They did amazingly great and was very nice and polite. Are salesman was Brett Stone and he answered all questions and even stood out in the pouring rain to answer the questions. Great job Brett Stone.

I'm a difficult customer, but these guys bent over backward to put me in a nice used car. The experience was a great one. I will be back the next time I need a vehicle!
