just bought a new Hyundai Elantra Ltd., worked with Chris Sheets, he is the BEST !!!

I typically prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately my experience here left a lot to be desired. The team was friendly enough at first, but once we got into the details, it became clear that transparency was not a top priority. The advertised price bore little resemblance to the actual cost after “fees” were added, and key “sticker” price requirements were downplayed or omitted entirely until pointed out. It felt like honesty was optional and fine print was their best friend. I understand that used car sales can come with some negotiation and salesmanship, but this went beyond that. The tactics used felt deliberately misleading, and I left with more frustration than a fair deal. If you're going to shop here, bring a trusted mechanic, read every line twice, and be prepared for a lot of “surprises.” Or better yet, shop elsewhere.
