We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

We were trying to buy either a Kia Telluride or a Hyundai Palisade. After visiting 4 different dealerships during a week, we found the perfect vehicle and the best salesman to help us. He provided us with excellent customer service, a phenomenal environment, he gave us all the information needed about the vehicle and the financing options in hand. Cameron ensured we knew the vehicle inside and out and went the extra mile making sure to follow up with us and check how our vehicle is working days after the purchase. We will recommend this dealership and this salesman to our friends family and anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. This was by far our best experience in a car purchase. Cameron is the man to go if you want straight answers, no hidden stuff, if you want a salesperson to fight for you and give you a reasonable value for your trade-in, and if you want a great experience in general. After going through two other dealerships in the area to find a vehicle that fit our needs and budget Mr.Bacon was the only one that made a deal happen for us! He was able to get us in a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. He was very professional and always put the customer first!
