I have no complaints about the actual repair which
I have no complaints about the actual repair which corrected the issue with my truck. However, my appointment was for 8:30 am Dec 1. After not hearing from the service department I called about 11:30 and was told it would be afternoon before the looked at it. I called a few times throughout the day to try to get some type of update, but I wasn't called by the service department until 4:50 pm. They told me the part would not be available until the following morning and that they'd get on in in the morning. I had transport options, so no big deal there. The following day Dec 2 the repair was completed, another issue found and corrected. Bill was paid and the vehicle picked up about 4:30. The following day Dec3, I contacted the service department around 10:30 to try to get a part they replaced back so I could return it to get a refund. I was assured this would be taken care of. I heard nothing by 4:00 so I left a message for the service manager. No return call. I called the service desk at 5:00 and was told that they technician performing the repair had left early and they'd check before they left for the day and call me back. At 4:00 today 4 Dec, I called and left a priority message to try to find out if they had the part. Didn't get a return call by close of business. The repair was completed and correct even if it took the better part of two days. The service manager addressed all concerns and problems and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Issues addressed internaly and I'm satisfied the situation is resolved.

The sales staff is best in class.
The sales staff is best in class. The service center staff is very friendly but has not been as responsive as they should be. During my visit they told me I had a ball joint issue. The vehicle is under warranty but I have called three times over the last month and have been told I would get s call back once they confirmed issue and have yet to get it resolved or receive any information.
