Service department manager is dishonest

They have switched service manager 3 times within 1 year. I have scheduled more than 4 visits to have an oil leak fixed on a newer vehicle and they cannot find the area leaking. Even though they are the ones who stated there is a leak.
The latest service manager stated that I should make an appointment to bring car into shop. How many times do I have to be inconvenienced due to their incompetence?
