I would never recommend anyone buy a car from here, at the very least do not buy their warranty program as their service department is the worst. They have now had our car for 12 weeks, with little communication, and no resolution. They have not reimbursed us for a rental, so on top of our car payments we are also paying for, a rental car. The only way you can get answers is to physically walk in, but that still falls on deaf ears. Save your money and buy elsewhere

I've had a couple of experiences shopping at Napleton and
I've had a couple of experiences shopping at Napleton and neither were positive. My latest visit was to view a used car that, surprise surprise, came out to cost as much as a new car of the same type after some "inspection" and "warranty fees". I was at the shop a few minutes after closing and during a lull in the music I overheard an annoyed office worker exclaim "get him to buy a new car or get him out of here". After reviewing the vehicle online, it seems they've had this vehicle for a year, only adjusting the price occasionally to match the market. I came to the conclusion that this vehicle was a bait car to get people to come in and get up sold on a new car (definitely my assumption and not fact, but it's the impression I got) Needless to say, I walked away from this deal and it'll be my last encounter with Napleton. Beware of sneaky sales tactics if you decide to shop here!

My husband and I went there Friday.
My husband and I went there Friday. Drove a vehicle that I loved. Went to apply for financing and they brought a piece of paper when the car went from 23,000 to a little less than 30,000. Taxes and doc fees I understand. When I saw the price went up that much I was instantly mad he than says these are just extra you dont have to get it. We got up and left as we was pulling our they called and asked what was wrong. I feel like if I hadn't been paying attention he would have took us for that extra. This morning Dean reached out to me by email . I replied and iv never heard back. So if you go to this business and buy a vehicle please pay close attention to your price ..
