Traveling through Indianapolis and experienced a car problem that stranded us. When I called this dealership, Donovan handled the situation exceptionally. Being short staffed on a weekend, he canvassed his technician staff and they assessed our vehicle issue and resolved it extending their normal business hours. Donovan ensured the problem was resolved and followed up assuring our situation was resolved and no longer stranded away from home. I would recommend this dealership, particularly the service dept to locals and those passing through. Thank you for honest service and keeping us safe.

Warning! If you are trading in your car here, don't believe what they tell you either on the phone, or by text, or by email. I provided all of the trade in information they required. Manufacture, Model, Vin #, Mileage. I asked specifically to give me a range so I would not waste a 2 hour drive to discuss the purchase of a used car. They gave me a range I could work with $3,000 to $4,000. We got there they looked my car over told me it was better than average and yet the first offer they gave was $2,500. We were informed face to face that they will tell anyone whatever they need to tell them to get them in the door. We did end up buying the car but it sure was not a pleasant experience.

The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. Robert and Nate are great guys to work with and made the whole lengthy process as painless as possible.
