Excellent Overall Experience

My family and I went into Sycamore Auto Group to look at a SUV that was advertised and to our pleasant surprise the car was exactly what we were looking for! We traded our car in at a great trade in price and the sale went smoothly. We asked to purchase an extended factory warranty and that was also priced fairly. CJ, the sales manager, is very straight forward and did an excellent job in negotiating along with our salesman Shaheen who also did an excellent job with the deal and getting our new SUV ready for us. We will be back and will recommend this dealership to all of our family and friends. Great job guys!!

Just got my 2017 Explorer back from having new tiers put on and an alignment. Was very disappointed to find that after paying all that money for the service, they didn't even bother to wash the vehicle. After putting on the new tiers, they didn't bother to wash them. The alignment that I was told that I had to have, wasn't supported by a report, because there was "something wrong with the printer, it wasn't working"??? You know service is customer driven. In this case, you crashed. I wont be back.

liked the car, but not the salesman

I went in by myself to ask some basic questions about the trade value of my current vehicle and get a carfax for a vehicle on their lot that I couldn't get it online. I was helped by Frank Devine, who I found to be very rude and disrespectful. Upon showing me the vehicle, he asked me if my parents knew what I was doing. I am completely financially independent in my twenties with a career and my own place. I was so taken aback, I didn't know how to respond. He also asked if I was over 18 multiple times, and even though I had told him my age, he eventually asked to see my ID to prove I was over 18 because I guess he didn't believe me? I also might add that I was not test driving or purchasing a vehicle or doing anything that would require him to need to see my ID. He then proceeded to tell me he felt I only thought I knew what I want, but don't actually know what I want. All in all, it was rough. I felt his comments were because I am young and female, even though I am perfectly capable of affording and paying for that vehicle just as much as any other costumer. I am also fairly certain Frank doesn't ask his middle aged male customers if they have their parents' permission. I believe his rude comments stem from that I did not want to test drive a stick shift vehicle because I admit I just started learning and wasn't comfortable yet, which I think is generally a smart and responsible choice. I did not come with intentions of driving a car. I just wanted some information, and I feel him pressuring me to do so and then making rude comments when I politely declined was incredibly uncalled for. It's a shame because it was a beautiful car, but I will be looking elsewhere.
