Very upbeat dealership - everyone is soooo pleasant to talk to. Brad was organized and on top of it all - great personality. No hassles, no glitches to deal with - smooth transaction ! I hate shopping for a car, but they made the entire process very comfortable. It was perfect. Thank you !!!

Sales process took over four hours despite the seller
Sales process took over four hours despite the seller knowing I was in a time crunch AND they put a GPS tracker in my car without my knowledge or consent (ILLEGAL in Illinois). It killed my battery and Hyundai said because it was a third party device, it was not covered by warranty. When I went to pick it up, they acted like I was being overly dramatic when they PUT A GPS TRACKER IN MY CAR.
