Review your paper work, watch for excessive fees, such as 5500.00 for McGrath advertising, inflated Doc fees, and “government fees.” They use tricky, and deceptive practices, like signing an intent to buy document. Buyer beware!

Terrible, I spoke to them 5 times over the phone for a car on the lot and when I got there the car had transmission problem and was unable to drive. I came from an hour away! They could have told me this but instead asked me to look at other more expensive options

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. There is an embedded culture of poor customer service and people just don't care. I brought my used car there for service and one employee from another kept passing me on to someone else. No follow up at all. I had to keep calling and no one answers the phones or returns messages. Tim - Do you even work?? What a terrible culture, no pride in their work, no idea what customer service means. McGrath - you need to change the culture at your city locations. No one cares and no one wants to help.
