This has to be the worst franchised repair facility in
This has to be the worst franchised repair facility in Chicago. My vehicle is there for the 4th time on a sunroof malfunction and leak issue. Besides not being able to fix it, communication is non-existent. They give you a number to text but don’t respond to it. When you call, you get an operator and placed on hold, if lucky - most times it’s to voicemail with no call back. We dropped off on Monday for a couple day diagnostic and haven’t received a word by Saturday despite multiple attempts. We emphasized the need for our car for Christmas and still nothing. Shame on me for going back to them, but my manufacturer claim started with them and I can’t change now. Seriously, all you have to do be better is communicate with the customer.
