Be aware - masks are optional

If you value your health, enter at your own risk. At this dealership, masks are optional despite no social distancing. Felt uncomfortable being there. Do better Wilkins.

Blue Sky, Masks are not optional at our dealership! We all wear them, and when not within 10 feet of our customers they will at times drop them to the chin. Most of the sales staff work 60+ hours a week, and it's impossible to keep the mask on for 12 hours a day. Hopefully this will help you understand where we are at with this horrible situation we are all unfortunately dealing with. Relentless email and phone call harassment

I looked at and test drove a used vehicle at Wilkins Hyundai Mazda several weeks ago. I decided not to buy it and ended up finding a car elsewhere. Since the visit, I have received multiple emails and phone calls from the dealership. I have clicked the unsubscribe link on the emails and it is completely ineffective, the next email just comes from a different employee of the dealership. Apparently it's impossible to stop the email harassment. After dodging several of their phone calls, I finally answered one, told the employee that I was no longer looking for a vehicle, and asked the employee to note in the system that I didn't want any further contact. Today, I received another email from the dealership. Unless you enjoy being harassed with unwanted emails and phone calls, do not provide your contact information to Wilkins Hyundai Mazda.

Great service

Air was low in tires; couldn't find a functional air pump at any service station. Pulled my Elantra into Wilkins and the service advisor was happy to take care of it without an appointment. Thanks to her and Wilkins for the great service!
