I recently purchased a suv from Pugi Hyundai. Davon was my sales rep, and he was sure to provide good communication in regards to the sales process. I was even able to get a sunroof installed, and Pugi provided a loaner during this time. I walked away with just what I needed. Thx

Lies and awful communication
This dealer advertises cars that they may never actually sell! They currently have a 2010 Kia Forte listed here on Cars.com. They've had it posted since late July. When I inquired about it, they told me that the car failed to pass an inspection and they would not sell it. I mean, I can appreciate them giving a car an inspection before they sell it, but why on earth did they create the listing BEFORE it passed the inspection, and proceed to leave it up even after telling a customer that they won't sell it?! I've inquired about it again and now they've just started blatantly ghosting me. Intentionally malicious liars, or just dreadfully incompetent? I don't know. Either way, I regret ever having wasted my time with this place!

Anthony, thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. The inventory gets uploaded to our website as soon as a vehicle touches ground on our lot. We do not know if the vehicle will pass inspections or not until the service department gets to take a look at the vehicle. I know that we tell our guests the vehicle is no longer available if it does not pass inspections, for your safety. We would never want to sell you a bad vehicle. Sometimes there is a lag in our systems / websites when it comes to taking off wholesaled inventory, but I will bring this to the attention of the inventory manager to make sure this vehicle gets taken off our sites. Easiest Vehicle Purchase Ever!

Dominic Pugliani affectionately called Pugi by family and friends grew up in Chicago's inner city. He joined the Marine Corps at a young age and served our country in Vietnam as a Supply Sergeant. Actually it was probably there that he really grew up; and it was definitely there he learned how to get people what they want. It's this upbringing that makes Pugi a great family man friend and a fantastic person to buy a car from.
