Deceptive online pricing. The salesman would not answer my questions about the advertised discount and instead hounded me about information about my trade in and financing. They added almost $2000 for their dealership package. Steer clear of these guys.

Deceptive pricing. Price on cars.com qualifies as "great deal", but note in the small print that price doesn't include "patriot package" or that you have no choice but to accept the patriot package which is another $2000!! I was driving 2hours to view the car so called ahead to make sure there were no surprises, and they did not make any mention of the patriot package on the phone call. In addition they repeatedly refused to tell me what the interest rate was for financing (just giving the 'monthly payment') and when I told them I was pre-approved for a loan with my own bank they claimed that was "no guarantee". It was a comedy of car dealer cliches, but after driving 2hrs and having another 2hrs to drive home I was not amused. Make sure you get the true full package price before wasting your time here. Note, the salesmen I worked with (Robbie) was fine...it's the dealership that is an issue.

Horrible dealership. Unprofessional, unresponsive, with deceptive pricing. All advertised prices include a Patriot Package that is not advertised, and dubiously applied discounts. Cars are not clean. Their staff is not professional. Be careful.
