Great experience with General Manager, Ziggy Grabowski.
Great experience with General Manager, Ziggy Grabowski. I did my 2024 Kia SPORTAGE purchase and trade over the phone with him. When I went in to finish all the paperwork, he set me up with salesperson Cassandra; she was very friendly and not aggressive or pushy. Transaction was smooth and easy as discussed over the phone and everything went without a hitch. NO BAIT and SWITCH. Following day I found a cosmetic issue with the vehicle and Ziggy set me up with a loaner car for the day and took care of the issue immediately. Overall had a very good experience dealing with Ziggy and his staff and would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car.
