We had truely the white glove treatment. Mike Becker was extraordinary! The vehicle we wanted to test drive was set side of us days in advance. Buying process was effortless. When a very minor issue came up immediately after the sale Mike and his team bent over backwards to make us feel deeply valued. Will eagerly recommend to anyone.

My purchase was through Genesis of Algonquin and my experience was that for the Genesis line the sales experience was what one woukd expect for a luxury brand. The GV70 we wanted to test drive and purchase was running and waiting for us at the appointed time. I had already arrived at price online and the test drive was to validate that was the GV70 we wanted. It was and the we bought it. We felt very little pressure and our sales rep, Charlie, was a great asset to us as we asked questions about the car and sales process. Would purchase through Genesis of Algonquin again!
