The service and maintenance is backlog for a whole month and still growing. I just dropped off my car to their shop hoping a scheduled vehicle for service don't show up - still have it there. I'm thinking of trading it in for a Honda? Saw Honda service office opened with more customers probably from 6am the day I dropped off my car. There was no-one at Tony Service & Repair at 7am

WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TONY HYUNDAI IN WAIPAHU!!!!!! We just bought a new Palisade in June 2021. They sold us a quantum Ceramic Coating coating for our car. 4 months later our paint starts eroding and eating parts of the car. We have gone to the dealership numerous times and they give us the run around. The First Lady we spoke with said she would get back with us. We call her days later and she is on “vacation” and we were referred to speak with someone else. That person help us file a claim. Weeks go by and we hear NOTHING from anyone. We make calls and finally someone spoke with us and told us everything is pending. We let a week go by NOTHING! We call the guy back and now he is on “vacation”. Finally we get called back by this guy and he tells us to file a claim on our insurance and they will probably total the car! (Total a brand new car!!???) we were not in an acccidnet. We have done nothing to cause this chemical reaction on our car. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. there is little inventory and they are always around and taking your calls when u want to buy there junky cars. When u have damage and need assistance, everyone is on vacation.

This was my first experience buying a new car and Henry and Jack couldn't have made the process easier or more enjoyable. They were so wonderful throughout the whole experience. I was especially impressed when they worked to get me an even better interest rate and added some things to the package a couple days AFTER I had already bought the car.
