Mountain View Hyundai

I did my homework and decided I wanted a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. Drove to Ringgold Georgia because I had bought 7 cars from Mountain View and always had a great experience. Allyssa was great, she sold me an XRT. Driving it home I realize it didn’t have all the technology that I’m used to. Went back in the next morning to upgrade. She wasn’t there so I talked to another salesman. Told him what I wanted and he told me I wanted a limited. He brought me one that looked just like my other one. I traded not knowing until I received an email the next day that he sold me a 2024 when I wanted a 2025. I went back when they opened and him and the sales manager said that they were the same. Plus the sales manager had added $500 to my MSRP because I had caused them a problem upgrading. I’m not one that can argue with someone so I drove home. I cannot enjoy my new car because of the way this dealership treated me. I get mad especially when 2024 limited are at least $4000 less than what I paid at any other dealership! I like buying a new car every couple of years. It took 40 years of dealing with dealerships to realize you better read every single line before you sign. I was just looking at the finance numbers which was fair for a 2025. It was my fault I let them swindle me.

got a new car Sat. called Monday about 3 day exchange , upgrade for reasons. runaround and they were to call back about an issue, still nothing. said 3day exchange not on site. Plain as day...they got the money why call back i guess. bob morris is my name

this dealer knowingly sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission & then want to charge us $6000+ to repair that exciting problem. Don't make this DEALER a part of your choices, GO TO ANOTHER DEALER..... They r full of BS.
