Five Star Hyundai of Macon

I continue to have my maintenance service on my Tucson that I purchased there, even though Macon is an hour away from me. They are courteous and always ask before replacing filters, etc and give me the exact price it will cost. They will also provide a complimentary shuttle to the shopping center so I don’t have to wait at the dealership. And, big bonus to me, the driver was fully vaccinated so I felt safe riding with him

I absolutely love the service team here I’ve dealt with Mr. Robert on and off for about 2 years now he’s always professional and understands his customers this last time around i was working g with Steve and he is awesome as well i wouldn’t trust another team with my vehicle the parts and service department rocks

Purchased vehicle 5/14, paid cash and took daughters trade in ;returned within an hour with motor issues; no offer of replacement ride during work on car. Picked up 5 days later and with issues again. Undrivable. Back to local mechanic who refused to touch seeing new purchase. Notified GM AGAIN and no response, desk clerk stating they fixed what they seen as code indicated and was done. Towed into certified Chevy dealer who was shocked a dealership would put anyone in a car with so many issues that code machine definitely read. I single mother and small child at that. Called GM AGAIN, no response, only from desk clerk. When car was purchased was advised had been inspected thoroughly by their mechanics when asked and ready to go other than a bath. GM stated later he don't know why one of employees would say such. I have video of car from salesman of and initial responses. Be smart and choose another business that has honesty and integrity.
