While the leasing experience was okay, the out of state
While the leasing experience was okay, the out of state tag/registration experience was hilariously incompetent. They let my first tag expire and sent me a new tag/registration for a completely different vehicle with an incorrect name. My HOA tows vehicles with expired tags so I had to hide it in a corner with the plate hidden while these disorganized folks sent me a new temp plate (note: I had leased the vehicle for 90+ days at this point) instead of a final registration/plate. I suspect they were just stalling to prevent any early lease buyout but maybe just a complete mess internally.
