Went in at 8:50am for a routine oil change.
Went in at 8:50am for a routine oil change. Was given approximately 90 minute wait. Ended up waiting until 11:25am without any explanation, and I only found out that I was due up for check out by coming by the check out window and finding my car ready for check out. Even during the check out, the agents were telling stories, which kept distracting my guy who was checking me out. I had to reschedule my appointments and needed to be out asap. So it was frustrating to see them distracted and not servicing.
