Red Hoagland Hyundai

Communication at red hoagland hyundai is horrible. I had my car towed there because the battery keeps dying and it only has twenty eight hundred miles on it. It was sitting there for almost a week before I decided to call and find out what was going on with the car. No one contacted me the whole time. After multiple conversations with amy, my service advisor and the service manager about my vehicle it is still sitting there. Just because they don't know what they're doing. When your husband has to tell them to measure the amp bridge one day and then two days later to see if the battery's being drained something's wrong. They should have known this already. After the service manager making a promise that they were going to measure the amperage on Friday. And then again on Monday morning and get back to us. We found out that he's on vacation, and he never even communicated with the service consultant. 16 days later, and my car is still sitting in the shop. Still no communication, no calls back. And when my husband calls, they say, no one's available, I will never, ever shop there again as a matter of fact, i'm going to change my service location

Although we didn't buy thru them, I would high recommend them. Their online purchasing is very professional.

Do not buy a vehicle here. Do not buy a Hyundai. Stay far far away from here. Purchased 3 vehicles, the most recent one is brand new and has safety issues. With the safety features malfunctioning and the car attempting to pull of the road or stop in the middle of the road. But they don't care. There is not 1 ounce of care or concern in this "family owned dealership". STAY AWAY
