Very disappointing service appointment today: 1.
Very disappointing service appointment today: 1. When I made my appointment for an oil change two weeks ahead I was offered a ride home and the car to be delivered locally when done. When I checked in I was informed “we don’t do that anymore.” A phone call informing of same would have been appreciated. 2. Service package (basic) was offered at $189. Final bill included a $19 oil disposal fee that was not disclosed up front. 3. Was told I would wait till between 90 minutes and 2 hours for my service be completed. Took 3 hours. 4. Promised car wash could not be provided. “Sorry, car wash closed.” 5. Credit card use incurs 3.5% penalty. 6. When i checked in I asked the service person for a quote on additional repairs i wanted to have done in the future. No quote was provided. All in all a bad experience.

It was a great experience! Shopping for a car is not my idea of fun but Manny, my salesman, Manny was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will be looking to get a car for my granddaughter soon and plan to go back to Manny.
