Needed.
Needed. A car and they bent over backwards to help me. I found a used Santa Cruz but the one stipulation was I needed the tonneau cover for it because of my job. They agreed to throw on the retractable cover and it was written that they owed me the cover. Signed the paperwork and a couple days later got a call and said their parts department gave them the wrong price and they would not honor the deal and are getting me a cheap aftermarket cover. Their mistake but I’m the one that has to pay. Very dishonorable dealership. Stay away. Extremely disappointed. All they care about is their bottom line. I will never buy a car from Napelton even if they offer it for free. Big corporation screwing the little people.
