We met Colleen Harp yesterday after having a good experience with Priya Patel the sales person and driving one of the cars we were interested in. Unfortunately, the idea of buying a car at Werner Hyundai is no longer a possibility for us even though we live in Tallahassee and it is the most convenient dealership for us. There are three reasons for that. Colleen was dismissive, disrespectful and seemed to thing that we could not afford the cars we were interested in. To her I say, you should not judge people's financial status based on the fact that they are casually dressed on a Saturday when the temperature is almost 100. She herself was not anywhere near professionally dressed. Nor should she be flipant and dismissive of any potential customers. We told Colleen that we love our Hyundai Kona that we bought at Werner but were unhappy with the bad experiences getting maintenance done at the dealership. She told us "they" the maintenance people had made some adjustments, she did not say improvements, and that we should try again. We are not inclined to chance having to wait 3.5 hours again for an oil change or deal with badly designed scheduling software on their website. The third reason for not buying at Werner Hyndai was that they no longer new Genesis models because the dealership is not meeting Genesis brand standards We may buy a Hyundai again but it will not be at Werner. We are now looking at other brands and may not even buy a Hyundai based on the combined experiences that we have had at Werner.

Very bad experience.
Very bad experience. Salesman tried to pressure me into buying a car I couldn’t afford. When I told him no . The text me the next day and said , if I don’t hurry up and buy this car. It wouldn’t be good and he also said that I’m not a smart person for wanting to wait . So I told him I wanted to look for a cheaper vehicle and he told me to never come back to the dealership and will no longer allowed to purchase a car with them. I have text messages with all of the records. He also send me a lol.. I never felt like that ever before. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please take your mom and go someplace professional..

Michael Oquendo in Sales and Major Lowe in Finance were fabulous at Werner Hyundai. Michael O. was never pushy and let me control my purchase on my timeline. Always available to answer questions by text or phone. I found the exact Tuscon Limited that I wanted at an out of town Hyundai dealership and Michael quickly coordinated getting the car to Tallahassee. Micheal O. gets an A+. With knowledgeable assistance from Major Lowe in Finance, we completed the deal! Major explained items thoroughly and happily showed us all warrenty and payment options. General Manager, Jeff Golden checked on us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai, but after extensive research and their consistent great ratings, I got my sassy red Tuscan Limited with all the bells and whistles!
