Avoid this dealer,. They had vehicle listed that I checked on, vehicle had been sold but they had a different one older but listed that it had everything I was looking for or so it was listed to have, I have a 5 series so I compared it to what I have it listed everything and more, said it had run flats to my thought "they all do". I blame myself for not inspecting every detail, It was a 4 hour drive from my location, I trusted them, bad mistake. Started deal they said they had taken car back to apply "Butler service" I did not want and stated I didn't, they said they already started I had to take it, car had just came from body shop you should not put any wax coating on new paint. High pressure sales, car was above average price for car, I knew it had been in a accident but was not concerned until finding parts not installed properly, and car has major electrical issues, They don't give you your paperwork it is done on a big table computer trying g to impress, once you complain you no longer have access to this paperwork, They did pay to get trunk fixed that could not be opened from outside, and for cup holder add on they didn't install, Joshua salesman left before deal was done because it took all day not to mention 4 hour drive back. New fancy dealership you will be paying extra for the sale to cover that. Bait and switch kind of deal do not recommend

The service department couldn't be worse.

The service department couldn't be worse. The service writers are super rude (mine was a woman whose name I've blocked - she went to work at Toyota, so now I can't own a Toyota either). They never returned calls or let me know what's going on. I was in tears. As soon as I got my car back, I drove right over to another dealer and traded my Hyundai (who I LOVED) for a new car at a reputable dealership. I can't own a car that causes me so much grief/pain/illness just to fix minor thingss. She was a 2021 with only 17,000 miles.
