What a sad experience

Bought a Tucson for my daughter and they were very nice during the buying process! As soon as they got their money, all changed! First, they “forgot” the complimentary full glass thank and we almost got stranded because of it! When I call them and told them, they apologize and promised with the first “free” oil change, they will make it up to us! Sooooo, service time cane and made the appointment and to my surprise, they “forgot” to change my oil, because they were very occupied with selling me new tires, which I refused!! As soon as they saw we could not be convinced to spend money, they dismissed us like garbage!!! I will NEVER return or recommend them to any one!!! I drove a cross state line for them!!! For empty promises they had no intention to keep!!! The buying experience was good, with a few hiccups, but did not leave an ugly review because of that!! Such a disappointment

I would like to leave a review of Allen Turner pre-owned. I’m a 50-year-old grandmother looking to upgrade my Buick Regal that had 187000 miles on it, and my husband was concerned about me driving around with the grandbaby and the car breaking down. So, I shopped online looking for something I really like. I did NOT want to get into a long car payment, so we decided to go pre-owned. I found a 2013 Nissan Quest at Allen turner so I decide to go look without my husband (as women we should be able to do that without being taking advantage of). I was involved in an accident in 2007 and fractured my neck. I also have fibromyalgia and scoliosis and arthritis in my lower back. I told them that! I told them several times I needed to go home I would come back later to negotiate they instated I stay. No time like now they keep saying. The Van was for sale for almost $13000. And I was providing my trade. I was in so much pain they had me talked into $16,000. And $500.00 for my trade. My husband was not happy with the price! I drove it home to Molino and my 82 year old mother with Alzheimer’s wanted to go for a ride so we get in the van and start driving drown a back rode in Molino the A/C totally stopped working and the transmission wouldn’t shift! I was afraid I was going to be stuck on a back road with my mother, but I made it back to the dealership. By then my husband was off and met me there. He told them we were not paying that price and was not taking $500 for the Buick! My husband offered them 11,000 for the van and they refused so we left with the Buick! The salesman called on the way home and offered us a 4-year warranty with gap insurance and free oil changes and tire rotation for the 4 years and 11,500 for the van So we agreed and meet him and signed the papers. We go in the next day he had lied to us they charged us for the gap insurance! They did deliver on everything else, but it was a horrible experience I set there for hours with them insisting I sit there in horrible pain. They took advantage of a Grandmother in Chronic pain I would never recommend them. Only time will tell if we got a good vehicle.
