I own a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 2,000 miles.
I own a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 2,000 miles. Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires. I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 times over the past 7+ months, with no resolution. Each visit results in a different explanation and no real accountability. It is unacceptable that a new vehicle, fully covered under warranty, has these issues and that the customer is left without a solution for months. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Hyundai’s after-sales support. I would not recommend Hyundai to anyone expecting real support after the purchase.

I took my wife’s 2023 Hyundai Kona to Greenway Hyundai yesterday to have the horn and a few other details checked. The service provided by Luis Villalobos was absolutely excellent. He was professional, incredibly kind, and is easily one of the best service agents in the department. All the issues with the car were resolved quickly and efficiently. 100% recommended
