Went in for a 15K service and was sold a premium Synthetic oil change for $89.99 but instead got regular oil with an oil additive. Tried contacting the dealership but they do not, ever, answer their phones. Contacted Hyundai Corporate but yesterday, August 31, 2021, one day short of 2 months after my first complaint on July 1st, 2021 Valerie, from Hyundai National Consumer Affairs told me they could do nothing because she could not reach them. So much for Hyundai service. Stay away from this dealership.

I leased a car, they said the GAP insurance was included and now the bank said is not true. I think I was ripped off.

I can honestly ONLY say nice things about Jesus. I had gone in to switch my car, 2017 Santa Fe. At first, a different seller approached us, he was not working with my budget and what I wanted. Disappointed, we were waiting as they were also checking my car in the service department. Jesus, approached my husband and I just to ask if we were able to find my dream car. As soon as we said no, he said no worries, wait for me. He worked with me, he did not give up on what I wanted and of course, my budget. He was able to get me my dream car. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jesus. He waited for me until after 7:00 pm for me to arrive, he never pressured me to lease the car, nor made me feel like I couldn’t afford my dreams. Thank you Jesus, now I am as happy as I can be with my new 2022 lease. Will definitely go back to him, once it’s time to return this car.
