Terrible.
Terrible. My engine light came on so I called coastal Hyundai and they told me that my car was still under warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay anything to just have a diagnostic. So I set up an appointment a week in advance for a Tuesday at 1pm.. A week passes an On the day of, 40 minutes before my appointment, someone named crystal called me and told me that they would have to reschedule my appointment because they wouldn’t be able to run diagnostic on my car before they closed. Mind you this was a week in advance and had to get with my supervisor to leave early then coastal waits last minute to tell me this…..after that I was eventually able to get my car there later that day and then I get a phone call telling me that the diagnostic would actually run me $200 because I have been in a collision…..this was not my first time being to this coastal with my small collision damage(I have a dint in my bumper…….) and the first time they recorded that I have had this collision so why would they tell me it was free over the phone and then charge me after? Not only this but I was told BEFORE they touched my car I would get a phone call and they did not, they ran the diagnostic, then charged me…… worst experience I have ever had……
