Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. Spent hours and two days looking at a car. As I was driving out to finalize the purchase, I was called and told the car was sold. Unprofessional!!!!

Sales was fine.
Sales was fine...Service department is a whole other story. They suck!!!! I purchased a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited, brand new from them back in April of 2023. Beginning on 07-27-2025, I had bring my car in three times for the same problem. Story too long to put into a review. After the third time, Megan decided not to return my phone calls to let me know the status of my car. I had to go in and speak to the manager, Sherman Cooper. They had to call other "techs" because they had no idea what was going on. I had to have two electronic oil pumps replaced on this Santa Cruz. Now I am just waiting for the transmission to go out, because it's a known problem on the turbo DCT engine! They don't offer loaners!! After they had my car over a month!!!!!
