I certainly enjoyed my experience at Parks Hyundai. They were very professional and courteous. I purchased a new Sante Fe. They worked with with me and I was very happy with the deal. So happy my girlfriend came back with me in less than two weeks and purchased a Kona.

We purchased a new vehicle from Parks Hyundai and couldn’t be happier with the process. Jonathan was our salesman and he was excellent in all regards. From the initial contact in the dealership, to being patient with us and showing us numerous cars and then helping us to get a deal that we were very happy with - he couldn’t have been better. I also have to give a big thank you to Mario, the sales manager. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. We will absolutely shop and buy here again.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I was visiting Gainesville for work and live 3 hours away. I had my car towed in at 10am Tuesday due to it would not start, and they did not touch my car until the Wednesday at 3pm. They did care that I was from out of town. They had no compassion at all to look at my car as soon as possible. I had to be back home Wednesday morning for work so i had to rent a care and then come back there 2 days later to pick it up. They could not recreate the issue and they did nothing to my car. If they would have touched my car the first day I would not have had to do so much extra driving and wasting money on a car rental.
