Dayton Hyundai. Holler Hyundai MSRP 41,000. 41,000 Mkt adj*. 2,000. 0 Trade. 19,000. 23,000 Total Price. 24,000. 18,000 * rhymes with price gouging. If the reason for car shortage was a hurricane, this charge would be illegal. The numbers speak for themselves. Anyone that adds “market adjustment” should be boycotted. Obviously, not all Hyundai dealers subscribe to this ethic questionable practice.

Every other Hyundai dealership has it and at Daytona Hyundai we are the absolute lowest. Unfortunately some of the dealers call them other fee's and you do not find out until you are in finance. I have one from every single dealer in my office if you would like to stop by and go over them. That's the first thing to address. Second is the minute you purchase this car it is worth 6000 more. Customers are definately not complaining about driving their Hyundai for 2-3 years putting 20k miles on them and still getting MSRP on trade. There's a lot more to this than what you put in your origanal complaint. Like i said i'm always here with no door on the office so any one can come see me at anytime. I would like to know how i got singled out here? It's ok to attach me to your complaint but you never stopped in to see me with your problem, let me know about how you were feeling, or anything else. We did not even have vehicles on the ground for many months. Everything that came in was presold. It's easy to say go away but it's not the right thing to do if everything you are saying is the truth. Let's get to the bottom of this and see where it went wrong. This is no different than me going and posting on another dealers dealer rater, picking out a manager and writing a bad review. That would not be right never mind even sound right. If you did purchase your vehicle for less i'm happy you got what you wanted if you did. (i dont think you mentioned if you actually purchased or not). I'm here to go over all of it with you. Always a fair deal, honest and friendly. Stand behind their product. My sales person, Regina Nicotra was knowledgeable and had my deal ready for me when I went to the dealer. Minimum time spent on paperwork, vehicle ready for test drive. she set up all the "bells and whistles" for me that saved me hours of reading the manuals. this is the 3rd Hyundai from this dealership which attests to their professionalism and integrity. Regina was so personable it was my great fortune to have her as my facilitator. An example of her dedication in satisfying me as a customer, is that she came in on her day off to work with us and purchasing this new vehicle. Also, Charlie McHale greeted me as a personal friend not just a customer. He also wished me a Happy Birthday, which I recently celebrated. He researched who was coming in which was a plus in making us feel welcome. My finance manager, Alex Muniz also deserves a kudo for his no nonsense preparation of our paperwork. All-in-all a very pleasant experience in purchasing an outstanding product. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends. Well done Daytona Hyundai for a complete team effort!!
