Top shelf in all aspects
Sewell Minto in sales took great care of us. He heard our desires for a new Tucson and guided us to the correct model for a test drive. Then he found us the exact match from another dealer and had it delivered very promptly. JD met our trade price instantly and fairly and also advised very wise financing options. Never a bad experience at this dealership.
I purchase my vehicle from this dealership back in 2016. They have exclusively been the ones to do repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. Hector Morales has been my service tech the last few times I've had my car in. I had an oil leak that just couldn't be located, but Hector made sure they figured it out before returning my vehicle to me. He let me know right away that the repair was covered under the warranty and even performed recalls without my mentioning them. I've learned over the years that, while sometimes you can get service done cheaper at a smaller shop, the dealer is usually the best option.
