Terrible communication.
Terrible communication. I was there for a recall. My appointment was 10:15. I specially asked the guy that helped me how long the service will take and he said roughly an hour and 20 minutes. I specially told him I?m going to wait for my car in the waiting area. He asked if my number was still the same, I told him yes. Hours passed, and it was already 1:10pm. I got up to ask someone about the status of my car. The guy was told that I left! I waited 3 and a half hours for my car when it was done in 1 hour and just sitting there. If I ?left?, why didn?t anyone call or text me to let me know my car was done?? I won?t ever be taking my car back here for service. Horrible communication
