I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership totaling $130k. Returned there twice and referred a friend who bought an Ioniq 5n like myself. It has been about a year since I then and they still never gave me my $100 referral money. I have been trying since last October to make a deal with a new car and have been stuck with multiple sales representatives. None of them can hold a conversation, none of them get back to me, none of them even will try to work with me. I have brought the issue up with management before but they are just as bad. On top of this the two vehicles I did buy brand new, had scratches on them from poor detailing. I recently got a text from them asking if they could help with a new car purchase. I told them what I was interested in and was told they will check. Days went by and no response. Was told I’d get a call, no call. After complaining, I get a text from the manager saying they don’t condone the type of treatment I got but then proceeded to do the exact same thing his team did. Smh, it’s unfortunate that there are only two Hyundai dealerships around here. Both are garbage, but motor city is the worse. They tried to win my business back then proceeded to blow me off AGAIN! They are only there to get your money, the don’t give a crap about the customers. I already left a bad review a few months back. As well as an update. Now I have to leave another because they keep doing the same thing crap. They have gotten more than enough chances with me. Never going back or doing business again. I will also continue to tell people to go elsewhere.
